Delivery Duration: Depending on your location in Australia, anticipate your order within 3-10 business days for capital cities and major cities and 17 business days for rural locations. This may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen delays from our transport partners.

Direct-from-Supplier Shipments: To provide a diverse product range, some items are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers. While this ensures a broader selection and timely deliveries, please note that Express Post is not available for these items.

Signature Requirement: Australia Post requires a signature upon delivery and serves both addresses and PO Boxes across Australia. If we can't deliver to the provided address, your package will be held at an Australia Post office or another designated depot. We must note that home delivery isn't always guaranteed. On rare occasions, if an item in your order might cause significant shipment delays, we may need to cancel and refund that specific item.
