In this document, "you", "your", "customer" or "customer's" refers to a Customer, and "us", "our" or "we" refer to For My Lover.

  • Warrenty & Returns

    For My Lover generally offers a 12-month warranty on all products, unless stated otherwise. Some products will be provided with an extended warranty. Please refer to the product description for the warranty period. Damages that occur as a result of misuse of the product by the user or during delivery will not be covered by our warranty.


    For better service and a quicker resolution time, please assist our team by providing the following information for any warranty claims.

    • Order number
    • Manual with missing parts indicated (if applicable)
    • Images/Video clearly indicating fault (if applicable)
    • Images/Video clearly showing goods in the original packaging (applicablefor Change of Mind)

    Please note: All images and videos must be attached to emails in an appropriate size. We will not be able to make a clear assessment from image thumbnails. The maximum email attachment file size is 25MB. Please do not dispose of items before contacting us. We may ask for the return of the items to inspect. We will not provide a refund in cases where goods have been disposed of before submitting a claim to us.


    Please refrain from initiating the PayPal dispute cases against For My Lover, because we have our own warranty terms. You will need to submit the warranty claims by using this guidelines. Otherwise, we will consider that you have voided our terms, and the cooperation between us may be ceased.


    In the event of a recall, we will advise you of the procedure.

  • Change of Mind Refund Requests

    We do not accept change of mind refund requests for:

    • health and safety products;
    • products that are opened (i.e. are not unopened in their original packing).

    Otherwise, we only consider a change of mind refund request if this is made within 14 days after the item is delivered to the customer. If this does not occur, the change of mind refund request could be rejected.


    Some products may have a different change of mind policies from time to time. We will clearly provide those change of mind policies at product description section.


    All items returned to For My Lover as a result of incorrect or incomplete delivery information will be treated as a change of mind return, including items returned to sender due to being unclaimed.


    You must consult with us about any change of mind refund request. Please do not return the product to us without our prior consultation. If no consultation has occurred, a refund will not be provided.


    To submit a change of mind refund request, please send email to contact@4mylover.com.au.

    We prefer that returns due to a change of mind are done at the customer's arrangement.


    If a change of mind request is accepted, and:

    • you have been provided with the return label, we will refund the item price and the shipping fee minus return postage and a restocking fee of 10% of the item price and the shipping fee; or
    • you have not been provided with the return label, we will refund the item price and the shipping fee minus a restocking fee of 10% of the item price and the shipping fee; or
    • you change your mind before the item is received and requires the action of Return to Sender (RTS), we will refund the item price and the shipping fee minus a restocking fee of 10% of the item price and the shipping fee. Refund for RTS will be provided after the item is received at our/vendor warehouse facility.
  • Cancel Orders

    We process orders from Monday to Friday. Weekend orders will be processed on the following Monday. Try to cancel your order ASAP. If your order status has turned to completed, you cannot cancel your order and you need to follow the Change of Mind Refund Requests guide to proceed.


    If your order status is Pending, you will get a full refund; and if your order status is Processing, then a restocking fee of 10% of the item price and the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
